About Ofleadership Tree Service and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate

The short version
Ofleadership Tree Service is a referral service for tree work. Ofleadership Tree Service does not cut, haul or grind anything. Independent local providers do that. Our part is to hear what is going on and connect you with a provider in the Danbury area who handles that kind of job.
Why this site exists
A lot of people think a leaning tree or a cracked limb can wait for a calmer weekend. In practice, each gust of wind and each freeze-thaw swing adds stress. A small problem in the morning can become a roof problem by the weekend.
This site follows that timeline. Hours, then days, then the first season. When you know what usually happens, you can pick the right moment to act. After that, you need someone with the right equipment, and that is where providers come in.
How matching works
Match, then quote. First, you describe the tree, where it stands and what has happened. Next, the request goes to providers in our network who serve your part of Danbury or the Danbury area. A provider then contacts you, asks follow-up questions and, after seeing the job or reviewing photos, gives a written quote.
Nothing is booked until you say yes. You can say no, too, and talk to another provider.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Bring their own crews, saws, rigging and trucks
- Explain the plan, including cleanup and what happens to the stump
- Put the price and scope in writing before work starts
- Hold the insurance and permits that local rules require
- Say so plainly when a job is outside what they do
If a provider falls short of this, tell us at contact@ofleadership.garden.
What we do not do
- Ofleadership Tree Service does not work on your property.
- Ofleadership Tree Service does not set prices. Each provider sets its own.
- Ofleadership Tree Service cannot promise arrival times. Availability varies by provider and by the weather.
- Ofleadership Tree Service cannot promise an insurance payout. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
A quick word on safety
A common belief is that a strong person with a chainsaw can handle most trees. Reality is less friendly. Trunks under tension, hidden decay and nearby wires cause serious injuries every year. Raking up small twigs or moving patio furniture out of the way is fine. Cutting a loaded limb or climbing is work for a provider with the gear and training.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when Ofleadership Tree Service connects them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work, at the price written in your quote. Asking for an estimate does not obligate you to anything.
